Brown Sugar Cinnamon Roll Cake

All the flavors of cinnamon rolls in a dessert cake form

Cost per Serving: $1.14

Makes: 12 servings
Active Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Ingredients
* 1 package Brown Sugar Caramel Pound Cake Mix
* ¾ cup vegetable oil
* 4 large eggs
* ½ cup light brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
* 3 ounces cream cheese
* 2 tablespoons milk
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.
2. In large bowl, combine Brown Sugar Caramel Pound Cake Mix packet 1, oil and eggs. Using an electric mix, mix on low 30 seconds. Increase speed to medium and mix 2 minutes, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Spread batter into prepared pan.
3. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over batter. Using a butter knife, gently swirl into cake batter. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes.
4. In medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave cream cheese on HIGH for 15 seconds or until soft enough to whisk. Whisk in Brown Sugar Caramel Pound Cake Mix packet 2, drizzling in enough milk to make icing desired thickness. Drizzle over slightly warm cake. Serve warm, if desired.
