🌳 NOW HIRING – GROUNDSMAN / TREE CREW MEMBER 🌳

We're growing and looking for dependable, hard-working people to join our team!

💰 Pay: $15–$25/hour (based on experience)

What we're looking for:
✅ CDL is a plus
✅ Equipment experience is a bonus
✅ Dependable and on time
✅ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
✅ Someone who takes pride in doing quality work and isn't glued to their phone all day

What you'll do:

- Assist with tree pruning and removals
- Operate equipment (if qualified)
- Work as part of a professional crew
- Participate in occasional crane-assisted tree removals (some of the coolest jobs we do!)

What we offer:
✔ Full-time employment (40–50 hours per week)

✔ Competitive pay
✔ Performance bonuses
✔ Health insurance
✔ Workers' compensation
✔ 401(k)

✔ 6 paid holidays after a 90-day probationary period

This job isn't for everyone. It's physically demanding, its very hot outside, but it's rewarding work with a great team. We take pride in doing difficult jobs safely, efficiently, and without damaging our clients' property. If you're the type of person who enjoys working outdoors, likes a challenge, and wants to build a career instead of just collecting a paycheck, we'd love to talk with you.
