This may look like a mess, but it’s actually the result of a pretty calculated system to keep our printers running 24/7.

When one print finishes, it gets pushed off and the printer moves right on to the next one.

It doesn’t work for every part, but when it does, it’s awesome.

Employee Spotlight: Jonas

Jonas was the very first employee at JC Print Farm, and he’s been with us for over a year while also going to college full time at the University of Cincinnati.

Since joining the team, he’s helped bring a ton of value to the farm through automation, custom GCODE, and better workflows that have made the shop run smoother.

He’s also helped recruit most of our current team, which says a lot about the kind of person he is.

Proud to have him here and excited to keep building with him.

Just got our first double AMS printer set up.

That means we can now run up to 8 colors on a single machine, which is going to be a lot of fun to experiment with.

Wouldn’t be shocked if we end up adding more of these soon, especially with the Bambu Lab sale happening right now. 👀

A red flashing printer is basically the shop version of “we need to talk.”

A normal person might look at this and think, “that’s a lot of filament.”

Around here, this is basically empty.

When the farm is running at full force, we can burn through up to 7 boxes a day, with 10 rolls in each box.
