THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! There was so much joy spread yesterday and we can't thank you enough to all that made it happen. We had so many wonderful conversations and I would love to share our day with you. We started at DejaVu. Lots of snacks, beautiful yard, and great decorations! Then we headed to Ace Hardware. So beautiful and holiday filled! Then Lynn's Crepes for coffee! We missed Jenny's Pet Supply but did touch base earlier in the week. Stopped by Mi Rancho. Fabulous decorations. Enjoyed her wonderful hospitality at dinner later that night! Then to Fins, Fur, & Feathers. Chris always supports our non profit efforts! Look at his great shell decorations! Made our way to Treasures of Paradise and spoke with Barbara. Also a big supporter of our non profit programs! Thank you John and Barbara. Then to Paradise Garden Supply. Beautiful beautiful location. Please stop by and speak with Pam. We learned the connection of spiders to tinsel and I now want to purchase a water feature! Look for the decorated friend in the boat! She always does a food giveaway if you would like to know more! Attic Treasures is always a joy and the very location that supplies much of my Chocolate Festival hats! Grocery Outlet was filled with holiday spirit and was so busy we didn't want stop the joy. We snuck over to Baker's Birkenstock. If we stayed too long we would have bought stuff for ourselves! We crossed the road and snuck into Woodsworth Jewelry. What wonderful people. I believe it is John's family that has been here since 1913! Then we walked over to the Paradise Teen Center. Nate and Gina are such a joy to speak with. If you have a teen, you should absolutely utilize this resource. We walked away with 3D ornaments that the kids made. Cory at Gold Nugget Museum also a great guy to work with. He sat outside and talked with everyone that came by. He brought his son too! Thank you Cory. Snuck over to Jeannie's Consignment. I didn't realize they only use their back building now. Another great resource in our town and so much fun to look around. We missed Hudson's being open but thank you for being involved! Paradise Art Center was next! Had a great time talking with Doreen, apologize if I spelled that incorrectly and ran into a friend that I hadn't seen since before the fire. So great! After that Skyway Antique Mall. What a treasure that place is. Anything your parents or grandparents owned, they have it. It is wonderful, quality furniture that will always give you nostalgia! Stopped off to shoot a photo of Hope Plaza. I am so thankful we will always have a location to honor those we lost on our November 8th day. Thank you for continuing to build that location. Thank you Les Schwab for participating. They were also too busy for me to stop production. Thank you! We missed Elements of Health and Ridge Builders but did try to shoot a photo! Thank you so much for participating and I am so sorry we missed you! Up next was American Legion that served Fancy Sloppy Joe's! You will have another opportunity to support their location this Friday. All proceeds go to The Boy Scouts! Homespun Craft was bustling when we popped in. So great their event fell on this weekend. Filled with Holiday gifts and the best way to support your community! We walked next door to the Paradise Library. Thank you Steve and the wonderful employees of the Library. Their scavenger hunt was a success. Across the way is Thrift Haven and Kora's Closet. Wonderful decorations. Thank you for being involved and I hope your day was a success. We ended our tour at the James Square visiting Lofi, amazing mushroom soup, Moak's Dog Grooming, The Pickle Pony, finally got your name correct, I apologize, Mixed Market, Farmhouse Soaps, and Dawn at Farmers. Thank you Lofi and Dawn for the hot chocolate, coffee, Santa, and the lights! This is a wonderful spirit filled Square. We can't thank you all enough for making the rejuvenated Paradise Christmas Preview a remarkable success! We will dra names for the raffle prizes later today!
