The Ice Barn Specialty Shaved Ice And More! Welcome to The Ice Barn! This is our first year in business! We are a family owned mobile Shaved Ice trailer.

My name is Katrina Williams, and I alongside my husband Howard Williams , are the owners of "The Ice Barn." We are very excited to serve those in our local community and the surrounding areas. Our prayers are that you will come join us, and allow us to create memories with your family and friends! Born and raised in Meridian, MS, I am one of eight siblings. I can remember money being tight and hav

ing to save change, we found in the couch, on the sidewalk at the grocery store, etc. to have enough for the “snowball truck” on the weekend. Those were some of the happiest moments of my childhood, because regardless of how hot it was and having to stand in a line that seemed endless, when I got to the window and finally got a chance to tell my order, that “wonderful sweet cup of joy” always made me smile. Over the last ten years, my love for sugar has turned into an obsession for shaved ice. On Sundays, my husband and I load the children up in the car and drive for miles and miles, in hopes of creating those same memories I had as a child. Trust me, I know it has been a decade, but not a lot has changed. The lines are still extremely long, but so worth the wait! Both my passion for serving others and a love for sugar has helped with God’s vision for The Ice Barn. It was not until I focused on His will for my life, that he provided us with a blueprint for success! Our foundation is built on his word and his love for us. “For I know the plans I have for you…plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
