Teamwork, growth, and a job well done! Our workforce at Creekside Industries, where we provide job training and support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities recently completed a complex project for Pusterla. This project involved detailed assembly work with folding, hot glue guns, and even a custom jig.
With a tight two-week deadline, nearly everyone in the shop contributed to getting it done, and not just on time, but early!
From supervisors to trainees, this was true teamwork in action. We saw individuals build their skills, take on new challenges, and ask for more opportunities to learn.
