Complete chassis harness, runs power, ground, starter leads, ignition, and charging system all ran to proper length, sheathed, crimped, and with switch/button.

Simplifies the install of an engine harness to just mounting switches and bolting on the terminals.

I realize that I never introduced myself properly.

My name is Reno Madore, and I'm 29 years old. A little bit of background info on my wiring experience:

I started my wiring journey by enlisting in the United States navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician on F/A-18E/F Super hornets, where I worked with systems like RADAR, TACAN, INS/INU, RWR, ACLS, COMMS, Weapon controls, and electronic warfare/jamming, and all the wiring that came along with it.
I served under squadrons VFA-122, and VFA-41.

After my time in the Navy I came back and went to school for Powersports at the local vocational school, where I became a certified Powersports technician.

After some years I then went to work for a company called Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, where I worked as an Avionics Technician. Building, and troubleshooting all of the electronics, electronic modules, and wiring harnesses on the XQ-58A Valkyrie, unmanned fighter drone. While there I was also certified several times in the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard, developed by the Institute for Printed Circuits (IPC) and the Wire Harness Manufacturers Association (WHMA).

I am now a full-time student, going for an Electrical Engineering degree, where I have learned many intricacies of electronics, including analog/digital systems, and programming for such, with a lot more still to learn.

I know wires, I know electronics, I know quality. I am certified, I am experienced, and I have a very high moral ceiling. And at the end of the day, I'm a grassroots dirt track racer that's addicted to horsepower and speed much like everyone who runs my products.

I want to thank everyone who has been willing to work with me, and to let everyone else know just who they're trusting with their electrical needs.

These Fueltech 450 systems are getting popular for outlaw karts!

They come with some pretty cool features too, these are capable of showing you gear position, fuel pressure, oil pressure, closed loop O2 sensor tuning, and basically anything else you can think of, and I can add the wires for any of them.

These harnesses are set up for running both the starter and ground wires and having all of the electronics mounted behind the dash.

I made this diagram after noticing frequent common installation questions. So here's a simple hookup guide for anyone finishing their electrical install.

It might be hard to read, but the recommended wire gauges are:

16awg, ignition
16awg, positive for charging system
16awg, negative for charging system
10awg, electric starter wire
10awg, main ground wire

Has your driver ever been in the wrong gear? If so I've got your solution. Introducing the GEARGUARD system from RPM WIRES.

Best case, your driver is in the wrong gear and simply goes backwards, worst case, the poor engine has to eat rev limiter for a few laps and the valves decide to check out!

The GEARGUARD system prevents this by simply reading what gear the engine is in, and depending on which gear you race in, illuminates a dash mounted LED. It is simple to install, and mostly plug 'n play, the most you will need to do is crimp a couple of ring terminals.

A simple solution to a practical problem.

Currently available for gears 3 and 4, for the KTM platforms. The kit comes with 2 GEARGUARD modules, one for 3rd gear, one for 4th gear, the wiring harness, and a dash mounted LED, however, this system will run whatever size shape or color LED that you want to.
