This pen was commissioned to me as a gift from one brother to another as part of a celebration of dedication, achievement, and shared respect as the brother was promoted to Navy Captain (O-6) this past summer. Handcrafted using reclaimed teak wood from the USS Wisconsin (BB-64), it carries the soul of a historic battleship and the spirit of the U.S. Navy itself.

The cap proudly bears the Navy emblem, and the body is engraved with a single word of meaning, preserving a tangible link to the owner. It was an honor to craft this for the newly promoted Captain, a reminder that the best gifts aren’t just given, they’re built with purpose.

I was enjoying a little of Kentucky's finest while smoking some briskest and had an epiphany! Why can't I merge three of my favorite things - smoking, pen-making, and whiskey? So I made these!

This handcrafted rollerball pen fuses two legends of craftsmanship - a cap made from an authentic Jack Daniels whiskey barrel and a body cast from real BBQ smoker pellets suspended in crystal-clear resin.

The result? A one-of-a-kind writing instrument with rich oak grain, smoky depth, and smooth chrome detailing that feels as good as it looks. Perfect for bourbon lovers, BBQ masters, and anyone who appreciates a pen with soul and story.

Each pen is individually handcrafted and finished to highlight its natural texture, shine, and history, no two are ever the same!
