While in Maui I just had to check out a few more Maui made chocolates. This research is hard work 😅. I look forward to taste testing all of them 😋. The last two pics were a few other sites we enjoyed seeing nearly daily 🌈 🐢 ponochocolate

Maui Research time! I couldn’t miss the opportunity to revisit the cacao fields of and feel the spirit of the islands through working with the cacao. From harvesting, fermenting and drying the beans to picking up some fantastic new varieties of chocolate. (Surprise- it’s sugar free and really tastes just like regular!) I am bringing back a few other island ingredient to add to our menu in the future. Mahalo to for connecting me with David, through whom I was able to work with and learn from Jack, Peter and Keiliki (sorry if I butchered you name)

Spring market season has come to a close, and we just want to say THANK YOU. 🤎

As we head into summer, we’ll be taking a break from our formal pop-ups to slow down a bit and enjoy the season. ☀️
