Listening Attentively

How many sounds can you hear? How many different bird calls? And the wind? rustle of leaves under footsteps? a person breathing?

How attentive are you to your inner dialogue? To your neighbors dialogue? To your intuition? To someone’s advise? To what is going on with another human being…

Listening to oneself and others is so important on this journey of strengthening the human muscle of stopping and paying attention.
