It's pretty awesome when my worlds collide ❤️ This Friday I am pretty excited to host our first Teen Takeover with .teencenter! For those that don't know, in addition to being the owner of Savvy Hive, I am also the Part Time Director at ROOTS.

ROOTS Teen Takeovers are an initiative to partner with local businesses and sponsor free activities for teens. The goal is to create a teen friendly activation in different places throughout the city.

This Friday, for , we will be hosting one at Savvy Hive 🎉🎉 There will be free food, a workshop to learn how to make your own laundry detergent and every teen will get to take one item of clothing for FREE!

RSVP is strongly encouraged so we can make sure we have enough food! Go to www.rootsteencenter.org/programs to rsvp.

These sales are live for 24 hours - from Sunday at 8pm (ET) to Monday at 8pm (ET) and these items are only available during the story sale.

The FleaHive Market is BACK and this year it’s going to be bigger and better! In addition to the studio and conference rooms we will be taking over the lawn area on the outside of ! We have room for 60+ vendors!

What We’re Looking For

FleaHive is a highly curated market celebrating unique style and circular fashion. We are specifically seeking vendors in the following categories:

Vintage & Secondhand: Clothing, textiles, shoes, and accessories.
Upcycled & Reworked: Giving old materials a brand-new, stylish life.
Handmade Goods: Clothing, textiles, jewelry, accessories, and body care
Specialty Textiles: Blankets, tablecloths, napkins, & other textiles

Note: Spaces are limited to ensure a diverse, curated mix of vendors and to avoid over-saturation in any one category. Apply early!

Last Call! We have only 2 seats left for our thrift trip to the THIS SATURDAY! $100 includes breakfast, lunch, thrift trip adventure in my minivan and a day spent with fellow thrifters. You may even get to hang with my baby all day!

P.s. we got plenty of space to store your vintage haul too! I'll pack the roof straps if I have to!
