Three years ago, we were just trying to prove we belonged.
Today, we're honored to be named to American Rental Association Rental Management's Equipment Market Movers list for the third year in a row.
And while we're incredibly proud of the recognition, what means the most is what it represents.
It represents the technician who stays late to get a machine back in service.
The driver who makes one more stop before heading home.
The salesperson who answers the phone after hours.
The branch teams who show up every day determined to take care of customers the right way.
It represents the customers who gave a growing company a chance and the partners who believed in us long before awards and recognition ever entered the conversation.
When ENCON started, the goal wasn't to make lists. The goal was to build a company people could count on. A company that would work hard, do what it says it's going to do, and put relationships first.
This recognition is proof of what can happen when a group of hardworking people rally around that mission.
