It Began With A Bucket of Chalk

It began with a bucket of chalk. My passion for art and design started at age six, when I used to draw chalk drawings on my parents' driveway. Now with a degree in graphic design communications from Roger Williams University, the majority of my work incorporates or is inspired by my original hand-drawn and watercolor creations. I have discovered that no vector that is created digitally can be as one-of-a-kind as a stroke made by a paintbrush, or a smudge made by a pastel pencil. I use Adobe Creative Suite programs to manipulate these organic imperfections and create cohesive designs. My portfolio ranges from a 30-spread annual report to three-dimensional package development, as well as paintings and drawings that demonstrate my skill as a visual art minor. With my ability to communicate visually as well as writing and speaking eloquently, I am a diverse team player.
