When our bodies synchronize movement to music, we can control the cadence/steps-per-minute (SPM) and start increasing it. A high SPM means you can move more efficiently and faster using less effort. Spring music archive is created by professional DJs and music lovers who tirelessly search the internet for the best music to work out to. Spring Moves is an early stage startup out of Harlem, New York and Stockholm, Sweden backed by a network of angels from King.com, Neuehouse and Oscar.
