This year, we started a new monthly newsletter to stay connected and bring insightful, useful tools to you. This March called for action, and so our March 2024 Newsletter explored what it means to do the work and get the help we may need. In this newsletter, we talked about:

We encourage everyone to take necessary steps towards improving their mental wellbeing, and will continue to emphasize mental health through our brand.
⭐️ And finally, we wouldn’t be PHAZE without dropping some powerful affirmations to uplift you throughout the month. Consistent repetition of affirmations can help your subconscious mind to think in a more positive way.
