DO YOUR FEET OR BODY HURT?

We have put together some great stretches to help relieve your heel pain. It's also wise to consider our insoles, 80% suffers from some level of over pronation, this is one of the main contributing factors of heel pain, plantar fasciitis, pain in the feet, ankles, hips and back .

Were all about de rotating and aligning the foot. Our insoles are completely different than anything on the market, it’s not about having an artificial posting under the arch like Goof Feet, Super Feet, Spenco, SoftSole, or custom insoles, as it is about controlling the rolling in of the ankle (Internal Rotation) or rolling out of the ankle (External Rotation). When the ankle rolls in it forces the mid and for foot to collapse into an abducted state, that’s what elongates the arch, also known as having Flat feet. We prevent that from applying pressure at the ST on the medial side and pressure at the heel and fifth ray on the lateral side of the foot.

When we do that it de rotates and aligns the ankle more into a neutral state as well as the tibia into a neutral state. We’re the only company to give numbers on those levels of corrections, Runner’s World 3rd party expert Martyn Shorten Phd. just finished a 8 months study showing that we align the ankle into a more neutral state up to 32% more- decreased pronation up to 27%- and aligned the tiba (shin) into a more neutral state up to 40% more. When you give that level of correction you increase your biomechanical alignment through your kinetic chain increasing your efficiency and decreasing repetitive stresses that otherwise would be absorbed by your soft tissue, joints, tendons, and or ligaments.
