WHY IS CAVIAR NOT BLACK?

I hear this question in our boutiques almost every day.
Many people are used to the fact that sturgeon caviar is called black.

For example, beluga caviar has a light gray color, and the lighter the caviar, the more valuable and expencive.
Kaluga caviar has a shade of green, sturgeon is brown-yellow.

With the age of the fish the color of the caviar changew to tight amber shades, and it acquires a delicate aroma, described as nutty and cremy😋

TYPES OF BLACK CAVIAR🔥
