The Canvas Crawl

The Canvas Crawl Canvas Crawl is an annual event where needlepoint enthusiasts can visit their Local Needlepoint Store (LNS) and beyond to celebrate the love of fiber arts.

Crawlers can visit one or multiple stores participating, for a variety of sales and events.

Creative Way Needlepoint is located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. They are a full service shop under the same management for over twenty five years.
Creative Way is owned and operated by Hank Wilson & Ricki Petersen.
They offer hand painted needlepoint, threads, finishing services and artist on premises, framing, leather belt finishing, everything you need for your needlepoint.

They will also be hosting the canvas crawl bash with West Village Knit & Needle and Annie & Co on June 21st!

Rita Klein, a Paris educated artist and designer, founded Rita’s needlepoint in NYC in 1973. Her lifelong commitment to fiber arts led her from Eastern Europe to Paris, then to New York City.

After Rita retired in 2019 at age 88, new owner Alyssa Hertzig took over. A former magazine beauty editor for many years, Alyssa found needlepoint and never looked back!
