You bought some beach towels from our online store, but we made a terrible mistake and sent you the towels in the wrong size, which is much smaller than you expected. We are deeply sorry about that.

We will reschedule the production, and send you the correct product for free in 5-7 working days. It's six times bigger than the one you received. You can keep the small one as a gift from us.

Please don't post bad reviews before you receive the correct one. You won't be disappointed when the big towels arrive. I apologize for our mistakes again.
