Retail by MONA has announced the completion of a 5,936-square-foot lease at 77 Greenwich Street, bringing fitness and youth enrichment concepts KidStrong and FS8,  to the Financial District. The deal introduces two rapidly expanding brands to the luxury mixed-use tower, continuing the evolution of Lower Manhattan as a destination for health, wellness, and community-driven retail experiences.

MONA’s Manu Wendum and John DiGangi proudly represented the tenant in this exciting, dual concept transaction.

Nolita dining just got another major player back 🍝✨

MONA’s Alex Turboff recently completed the deal on behalf of Altamarea Group for Piccolo Morini at 40 Kenmare Street — a high-profile hospitality transaction now being featured across the press, including Eater and Crain’s New York.

Positioned in the former Kimika space at Kenmare & Elizabeth, the location offers strong corner visibility, indoor and outdoor seating opportunities, and a built-in downtown energy that made it the ideal fit for the brand’s next chapter. The space will also feature a rooftop component with sweeping city views set to launch later this summer.
