I found out more about the thing I posted yesterday! This is literally the only thing on the internet I can find. In a 1980’s catalogue for sale on eBay they happened to have a single page about it.

It’s a baker specific thing too! If you don’t know I’m a baker for a living.

This is a Scandinavian Springerle Tree

The pieces are representive of familial cookie molds handed down

It was originally $55 in 1980, which is $190 today
