Wanted to share a little sneak peek of something I’ve been pouring my heart into lately.

My dear friend new brand.

We’ve been close friends and co-working bi-weekly (alongside ) ever since our second Showit DXP trip back in 2024.

Honestly, it’s one of the things I love most about being part of the community. The friendships that have come out of it are ones I genuinely couldn’t have predicted or planned.

So when Kristin reached out about her rebrand, I was genuinely honored.

She’s not just refreshing a logo... she’s overhauling everything. Her business name, her visuals, her target audience. Everything.

A full fresh start, and I get to be part of it. I wish I could share more, but the big reveal is coming soon.

Not every concept makes the final cut, but some deserve a moment anyway.

This was an alternate logo direction we explored for a recent project with . A country club aesthetic that felt refined, a little nostalgic, and so good. It didn’t get selected, but it absolutely earned its spot on the field.

Unused concepts are honestly some of my favorite work to look back on.

They show the range of what was possible and how much thought goes into finding the right direction for a brand.

This one didn’t make the cut, but it was too good to just sit in a folder. 👀

Here’s an unused brand concept for a Calgary-based event planner. Sometimes the direction shifts mid-project, and a design that doesn’t fit the final vision still deserves its moment.

A custom monogram paired with vintage floral elements and a delicate frame. The kind of details that feel considered and collected, like a brand that has history even on day one.

Do you ever find yourself holding onto unused concepts? Drop a 💛 below, you’re not alone.

Hi, I’m Jennifer! 👋🏻

I know, I know. We’re almost at the end of January and in true Jennifer fashion, I haven’t posted anything on my socials yet. But here we are, and I’m glad you’re here! 🤓

I run Jennifer Carfora Designs, a white label design business for overloaded designers and creatives who need a behind-the-scenes partner they can trust. Think of me as your secret weapon when client work is piling up and you need someone to handle the design heavy lifting without your clients ever knowing I exist.

I specialize in White Label signature branding and Showit websites. It’s the kind of work that helps you scale your business without burning out.

Whether you need a full brand identity created for your client or a custom Showit template brought to life, I’ve got you covered.

A little about me:

I’m a military spouse, mom of three, and I spend my free time making sourdough (and fresh milled bread), hanging out with my backyard chickens (yes, including Cluck Norris the rooster), lifting weights, and playing kickball (phew!).

My business exists to support my life, not the other way around, and I help other creatives build businesses that do the same.

If you’re a designer or creative who’s drowning in client work and needs a reliable partner who gets it, let’s chat. I’d love to help you take some things off your plate so you can focus on what you do best.

Now it’s your turn! Drop a comment and tell me a little about yourself. What do you do, and what’s one random thing you’re into right now?

As the year comes to a close, I keep coming back to this thought: the way I run my business is inseparable from the way I want to live my life.

This year brought new creative partnerships and deepened long-term ones, and I’m genuinely thankful for every designer and studio who trusted me behind the scenes. Being invited into your client work, your processes, and your standards is something I hold with a lot of care. Creating alongside people who value quality, clarity, and collaboration is what makes this work worth showing up for.

Did everything go exactly as planned on paper this year? Not quite.

But I showed up fully where it mattered most.

I spent entire days offline with my kids. I was present at tournaments and family moments without mentally juggling deadlines. I built a business that supported my life instead of competing with it and that’s a version of success I’m proud of.

Outside of work, life stayed full in the best ways. Sixteen years with my husband, three boys who keep us laughing and on our toes, a growing backyard flock (yes, including a rooster named Cluck Norris), and a deeper, steadier relationship with Jesus that continues to shape how I lead and serve.

And then there’s my Spicy Trio. The daily check-ins, honest conversations, and constant encouragement remind me how powerful real support can be. I’m excited for what we’re building next and what the new year will bring.

If this season taught me anything, it’s that growth doesn’t have to come at the cost of presence. You can build something meaningful and still have room for the life you’re building it for.

Here’s to moving into the next year with intention, clarity, and support that actually matters.
