✨ SpeedArt Spotlights ✨

One of my favorite things about creating these spotlights is that I don’t even have to go searching for them anymore.

Every time I open Facebook, my feed is filled with incredible women and girls in motorsports celebrating feature wins, podium finishes, championships, graduations, birthdays, sponsorship awards, community involvement, and so many other accomplishments. 🏁💜

This week’s group is another reminder that women in motorsports are thriving at every level of our sport. Congratulations to all of our SpeedArt Spotlight recipients, and thank you for continuing to inspire me with your passion, determination, and success both on and off the track.

Each race team can claim ONE decal completely FREE, while supplies last! We have 25 decals available in each color. If you can pick up your decal, there is no cost at all. If you need it shipped, shipping is $1.00.

Looking for additional decals? Every decal after your first is available for any donation amount to the SpeedArt Sunshine Fund. There is no minimum donation. Whether it’s $1 or $100, every contribution helps support the mission of the fund. Donations can be added to your cart on the website.

Not interested in a decal? You can still support the fund directly through our website. Donations can be made in honor of your race team, a loved one, or someone in the racing community who has made an impact on your life.

For those who may have missed our announcement earlier today, the SpeedArt Sunshine Fund was created to provide support to members of our racing family facing unexpected hardships. Our goal is simple: racers helping racers.

The response today has already been incredible. We launched the fund this morning and already have two potential families who may benefit from its support.

SpeedArt has never been just about decals. It’s never been just about apparel, coloring books, calendars, stickers, or merchandise. It’s about being part of a community built on Strength, Purpose, Empowerment, Encouragement, Drive, Advocacy, Resilience, and Together.

Last week, I launched the SpeedArt Sunshine Fund with the hope of bringing a little brightness into some of our racing families’ darkest days. When the idea first came to me a few weeks ago, I never expected to use it so soon, but sometimes life has other plans.

A young driver, who I’ve been around for years, lost her mom last week after a long battle with cancer. While I hope there is never a need to use this fund, especially for someone I know personally, I was honored to be able to support their family as the first recipient.

During the drivers’ meeting at Evergreen Raceway on Sunday, I presented Sarabeth Mesko and her dad, Steve, with a bouquet of wooden flowers in red, white, and blue to match Sarabeth’s race car. Before the meeting, I also passed a card around the pits and collected signatures from fellow drivers, crews, and track staff.

Racing is truly a family. When one of us hurts, so many of us feel it. This was a small gesture, but I hope it reminded them that they are not alone and that this community is standing beside them.

What happened later that day made the moment even more special.

After everything she and her family have been through, Sarabeth went on to win her very first Novice 602 Crate Modified feature. It was a reminder that even in the middle of life’s hardest chapters, there can still be moments of joy, hope, and triumph.

This is my why.

Together, we’re showing that racing is about so much more than what happens on the track. It’s about lifting each other up when we need it most. I have several ideas in the works and look forward to finding even more ways for our racing community to come together and make a difference.
