We've received the question a few times about why we don't pre-form our batting helmet emblems. When we first started, we considered it, but after testing on multiple brands and sizes of helmets, we feel the better approach is to form them to your helmet for the best fit. We found that there were different levels of curvature between helmets brands, and even between different sizes of the same brand.

In the end, what we're after is this right here. Zero gap between helmet and emblem. Our super strong, super thin adhesive allows us to accomplish this. We want your helmet to look like it came from the factory with the emblem already installed.

We're not a fan of the "batteries not included" approach to things. When we started making our batting helmet emblems, including adhesive was always a requirement in our eyes. We like the fact that customers can open their order, and get right to installing the emblems without having to go buy additional supplies. Every emblem has laser-cut adhesive installed, includes installation instructions (and a QR code video link), as well as an alcohol wipe. Forming our emblems to the helmet is easy and mess-free and we're pretty proud of that!

Just shy of a year ago, we showed off our very first Hype Chain that we made for ATX Rockets. Since then, we've outfitted teams and businesses across the country with our chains to celebrate in any way they see fit! Recently, we got to revisit the OG to give it an updated style and just the right amount of BLING! While we were at it, we added one of our brand new hitch plugs to the mix!

Let's make 2026 the year we stop trying to pass off failed prints as "characteristics of 3D printing." We hate seeing that disclaimer in our industry. That's why we put so much effort into our smoothing and post processing. We're proud of the orders you receive.

A year in the books and we've been so fortunate to outfit so many teams across Tennessee as well as the country with our high quality 3D printed accessories. We're excited to offer our current and upcoming products to even more teams this year! Whether it's our mess-free, easy to install batting helmet emblems, our high quality, smooth finish hype chains, or one of our new products we're about to announce, we're gonna keep doing the thing we love!

As always, pricing transparency, secure transactions and online peace of mind continue to be our focus, but most importantly, we're working to erase the bad reputation that 3D printed items have.
