Hi there! I’m so excited to share this DIY for the boho wall hanging I made with you! I made this to hang in our daughter’s nursery…I’ll be sharing more on that soon, too! I came across this style on Pinterest, but was only finding sites in Australia that don’t ship to the US. After looking at a few of them, I realized the material used is raffia, so here’s my take on it 🙂

Cue the confetti 🎉 Celebrating the 6 year anniversary of Oh How Charming! I always had a vision of being a business owner ever since high school. Once I clicked open shop on this day in 2015, I made that dream a reality and it has been my full time job since. If you have a dream, I encourage you to go for it. Push past your comfort zone and amazing things will happen. It won’t be easy. There will be hard days, tears, and fear. Just remember, following your heart and vision is always worth it 💗

Hi! I am Lauren Myers, Founder & Creative Director of Oh How Charming. Oh How Charming is an online party shop offering inspiration and a unique range of handmade and specially curated party supplies.

After stumbling across a tutorial for tissue tassels (which took more than a few tries)! in 2013 on Pinterest, I became obsessed with everything party related. Shortly after in 2014, I was planning a home coming party for my fiancé at the time followed by our wedding. DIY’ing just about everything for the wedding (and finally getting the hang of tissue tassels), I thought “Wow, I could really see myself doing this!”

Fast forward to 2015, My husband & I were just becoming settled in a new state after a recent move. Due to my husband being in the military, it was hard for me to find a job in my field. After becoming discouraged, it clicked; “Party Supplies!” Shortly after, Oh How Charming was born. What I thought would be a creative outlet/hobby to maybe bring in a few extra dollars, has turned into my full time job and a booming business.
