Originally opened in the Olive St. home of Bobby and Valerie in September of 1985 and relocated to the Bel-Air shopping center on 920 S12th St. in the early 90s, Terrapin Station has remained a strong and vital part of the Murray, Kentucky community for over 30 years, staying true to its origins while continuing to expand. Offering a wide variety of music in the forms of new and used LPs, CDs and DVDs, turntables, books, clothing, accessories (including posters, stickers, etc.) and to***co accessories, Terrapin Station provides a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Loosen your tie and shake off your shoes. If we don't have what you're looking for, ask and we will order it. Just need a place to sit down for a moment? Feel a need to look at some stuff on a wall while you smoke a cigarette? Need to chat and listen to some music? Come on in and do just that. Have something you've created that you'd like to sell on a commission basis? Check. Looking for an all-ages, original live-music venue? We are also that when we are able to be.
