Jennifer & Eric Luvaas have recently purchased this property on Orkney Grade in Mount Jackson, VA that at one point had a garden center. This was the draw for us.... to live here and begin the recovery process of the property. We appreciate the efforts done by the prior owner, so to honor his efforts we have kept the name and registered with the state of Virgina as our business name. The property

has two koi ponds (one with a waterfall), one frog pond, a larger pond for which we will develop a walkway around the pond. There are several other neat design features on the grounds, and we will be adding a large building to showcase garden center products. We will also be opening a small market store on December 15, 2022, which will carry coffee, candles, wines, craft beers, breads, biscotti and various pieces of home decor by Jennifer (Three Thirty 3 Designs). As time move on we will be adding other types of foods for more enjoyment. Ultimately, we want to make this a destination for locals and visitors to come visit for a great experience. We will be having seasonal events for artisans to share their talents, as well as live music on occasion.
