We put a lot of work into our dance and team - learning choreo and cleaning it all in just three weeks - just in time to compete at DMV and we looked awesome on stage this weekend! One competition down, many more to go!! 🔥🙌

We are getting so excited for choreo weekend. AMPED has been training hard in dance and fitness. Tonights 2 hour practice not only consisted of practicing for our next performance but we also ran almost a mile and worked out 💚💛🖤 lol
