Mommy tells us about the importance of not forgetting 9/11.

She cries watching the tv and I asked her why are you watching if you’re crying?

She said “our country was attacked and we watched in shock how hate is powerful and kills!” “This event will forever be in my brain!” “We can’t forget this day! I cry because those people in the planes and the towers, the fire fighters and cops trying to save everyone and themselves never got to see they’re loved ones again and I can only imagine how scared they all were not knowing why!”

I don’t understand a lot of it but I know she will teach and show me more when I get bigger.
