My daughter has her own pet/house sitting business. She is insured, has reliable transportation, and can provide references. She currently works part time at a vet clinic and she starts college in August to pursue her dream of becoming a veterinarian. Additionally, she has base access.

I knew this year would be crazy busy with having a senior but wow!

I love these graduation goody bags I made for my daughter's friends. It will be hard when my daughter heads to college but I'll also miss the kids that funneled in and out of our house over the years. I'll miss the tea being spilled around our kitchen island... the big hugs at football games... and the late night giggles I hear when everyone is supposed to be asleep.

I'll be back at my crafty game when life slows down a bit after next week.

I made my daughter's graduation lei... I promise next year I'll be taking orders for these... having a senior this time of year is not for the faint of heart...I'm tired y'all! How are the other senior moms in this group holding up? We had senior walk at her elementary school today... there were tears!

This is probably one of the most detailed braids I've done...it's 3 braids in one... and one of the braids is doubled with smaller ribbon. I started on some of the braiding earlier in the year to practice. I swear this kid better pick the best retirement home for me!

My daughter is a senior and we have lots of graduation parties to go to this year. I love this little set we made for a gift! They'll be game day ready next year!

So I promised myself I wouldn't get mum stuff out until I made it past my daughter's senior year stuff because I'm supposed to be getting the house ready for her party and I craft AAAAALLL OVER THE HOUSE.

Well this happened. I had gotten some new ribbon and it was just staring at me so I I did a few braids. I'm working on the order form still... I'm trying some new things and wanting to make sure I can do it before I offer it... think LIGHTS AND MUSIC!

People have started asking me about Thunder playoff gear. I just want to say I'm big on unique designs. Basically, I don't want to make 100 of the same shirt. I just don't personally find joy in that.

I'll be posting some 1 of kind bracelets, hats, purses, (some)shirts.... and wait until you see the jacket I've been working on!

So if there is something you're looking for or if you were like hey I wonder if someone could make that... I'd love to do that for you.

Random Monday morning post... can you believe I've already started gearing up for next year's mum season? Can you believe I already have orders?!

Things will be a bit different this year on how I take orders and payment. I'm still working out the kinks but since this part of my business has grown so much me writing down orders in my little pink notebook doesn't work as well anymore.
