I tried the Native deodorant spray and the first thing I noticed was how good it smelled — super fresh and clean without being too strong. The spray goes on smoothly and feels really lightweight on the skin, which I liked.

For me, the downside was the performance. Since it’s aluminum-free, I found myself needing to reapply more often than I’d like, especially on long or busy days. The consistency is very light, almost like a fine mist, so it doesn’t feel heavy — but because of that, it doesn’t give me the level of sweat protection I personally need.

I also noticed a little bit of residue on my skin after a few hours, not chalky or sticky, just a slight film that built up with reapplication. It wasn’t terrible, just something I was aware of.

Overall, it’s a great option if you’re into natural, aluminum-free products and want something that smells amazing and feels gentle on the skin. For me, it just wasn’t strong enough to use daily, but I can see why people who prefer clean formulas would love it.

The holiday-themed packaging and scent of this Native deodorant were absolutely adorable and totally fit the festive vibe. I really wanted to love it, but I couldn’t get past the reaction it caused. After just one use, I was left with redness under my arms and intense itchiness, so I had to stop using it immediately. The deodorant itself was surprisingly durable—it held up well throughout the day and kept odor in check—but the irritation overshadowed its performance. As cute and long-lasting as it was, the reaction makes this a product I wouldn’t purchase again.
