Hey guys, just giving a shout out to Conquer the Clock Escape rooms that is located right next to where Chocolate Boutique is going to build there new Retail Store, Processing facility with a chocolate drive through!
I want to squash the rumors ….
Conquer the Clock is OPEN FOR BUSINESS….we are NOT closing them down to build there, I own the property but am only building on the parcel where the huge sign is/where the new red light on Brodhead Road is.
The owners of Conquer the Clock have a thriving business that has been open and operating since 2021 and now has EIGHT different escape rooms between both buildings ….. it’s fun for all ages, and it’s great for family time activities and making memories. HELLO…i have amazing news!! 🩷🖤
WE PASSED FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL!

AND WE PASSED FINAL APPROVAL FOR MY CHOCOLATE DRIVE- THROUGH!! 🎉🎉
Over two years of going though the process but I couldn’t be more excited right now, I was about to do cartwheels at the meeting and let me tell you how excited my team is to have so much more space to work in when it’s complete. We hope to be breaking ground within a few weeks/month!! I will keep you updated throughout the process 💕 Thank you so much for your support, understanding and sympathy through all of the delays and tears and I am thankful especially for all of the overwhelming encouragement!

OMG, our newest chocolate covered item is ALBANESE PEACH RINGS!
WOWZA are they delicious! We sell a ton of our chocolate covered Swedish fish and chocolate covered Gummy bears but after I tried one of these, it’s a must to add this to our steady production calendar!

Please send some good MOJO! I have a meeting tonight at 6pm and we are praying for FINAL APPROVAL on our new space we are building in Center Township with a chocolate drive thru (thats a conditional use….next after final approval), the meeting tonight is with the Supervisors!! 🙏🙏🙏

Chocolate Boutique needs all your good vibes today, we have ANOTHER meeting today in front of the board in Center Township about my new building. The process has been nothing short of a literal nightmare, at the last meeting they had many comments on things we needed to do/
change so my civil engineer worked tirelessly to accomplish all of them and he did.
Hopefully there are no more hurdles and we get approval and can break ground within the next few weeks🩷🖤
