Super cool news to share before the book even hits shelves... Best Friends has been named a Pinnacle Book Award winner as the Best New Children's Picture Book for Winter 2026! 🏆

As we get closer to the release of my new children’s book, Best Friends: A Tale of a Boy and His Dog, I wanted to share a picture of the inspiration behind it. The story was inspired by the simple, powerful bond between my Grandson, Oliver, and his dog, Mully—the loyal friend who follows him everywhere, waits by the door, and grows up by his side. It’s a story about friendship, loyalty, and the kind of love only a dog can teach us to give.
