There are plenty of scams out there but our monthly book giveaways are legit.

Our mission is to empower authors and amplify women’s voices—one of the ways we do that is by curating collections of books by women authors and celebrating them through giveaways.

These books and authors—primary women of color, women with disabilities and members of the LGBTQ+ community—are also featured in our newsletter and storefront on Bookshop.org.

We don’t get the books for free or wholesale from the authors or publishers, we purchase them at full retail price from Bookshop.org, so authors earn the highest royalties.

It’s also our way of thanking you for being part of this vibrant community of readers and writers!

Here are a few of this year’s winners (plus one from last year because she made the super cute video):

✨ Kelly won the Earth Month book stack

✨ Lydia won the Women’s History Month book stack

✨ Christine won the Black History Month book stack

✨ Shikha won the Resistance book stack

✨ Nany won the Wellness Month book stack
