It requires systems, discipline, and a willingness to evolve.

One of the biggest misconceptions about AI is that technology is the solution.

In reality, most businesses struggle with consistency, communication, documentation, and ex*****on long before AI enters the picture.

Technology can accelerate good systems.

It can't fix broken ones.

The organizations creating the most value from AI are the ones that first understand how work gets done inside their business.

That's the conversation we need to be having.

This was a surreal moment.

While traveling through Washington, D.C., I looked up and saw my Google AI feature displayed across the airport.

Moments like this remind me that the work matters.

Not because of the spotlight, but because of what it represents: years of building, learning, adapting, and creating systems that help businesses operate more effectively.

As I get ready for Kansas City, I can't help but think about where it all started.

This yard has been part of my life for 14 years.

There were plenty of challenges, plenty of lessons, and plenty of moments where giving up would have been easier.

But every day, we kept showing up.

What began as an idea became a business, a team, and a mission bigger than myself.
