-Loading/unloading vehicles in an effective and timely manner

-Setting up/taking down tents, tables, chairs, et cetera efficiently and effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction

-Promotion to field supervisor is possible for those employees that have the ability to efficiently and effectively lead a crew while fostering a focus on customer satisfaction

-Driving a pickup truck/trailer

About National Tent and Party Rental LLC:
We are a customer service company that happens to rent tents, tables, chairs and items for special events. We strive to provide great hospitality, good products, and friendly efficient service.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and/or oversee deliveries, costumers inquiries, and day to day operations.

Training and managing other employees.

Working with customers in person, via phone, and via email.

Cleaning and maintaining equipment.

Working with the General Manager to record, document, and create systems/guides.

Working outside in all weather conditions.

Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Great attitude.

Self starter.

Able to think quickly in a tense environment.

Previous costumer experience desired.

Able to lift up to or over 70 pounds.

Most be able to safely drive a pick up truck with a trailer or be able to learn quickly.

We have multiple positions available including full time, part time, and flex time.
