KIDNEY DONOR NEEDED to live
I’m in the battle of my life with end-stage 4 kidney failure (a silent
killer)
I am vowing that I will fight to win the war, but I do know that this is in
GOD’s hands!
I found out that the root cause is that I took Advil for over 25 years after breaking my knee
playing college baseball, and it wore down my kidney filters to almost non-existent.
Here is my update for everyone in my life: I don’t mean to scare or even ask anyone directly.
But I am told that a LIVE DONOR is the best way to help me.
I have met or spoken to the following Kidney Transplant Centers:
HCA Largo Hospital, Florida Transplant Center-
Stephanie McDaniel BSN RN
Kidney Listing Coordinator

UF Health Kidney Transplant Shands Hospital - I still need to visit.
Deceased Donor Kidney Program :
My wait time is about 6 to 10 years,s and per my team of doctors and surgeons, most likely my
numbers as days on dialysis will kick me out of the transplant program. Staying healthy and
keeping my numbers ready for a transplant is the key for me.Due to the wait time for the Deceased Donor Kidney Program, I desperately need your help
In spreading the word for me to help me find a LIVE DONOR for our Florida shared program: If
My donor does not match me, as long as he/she still donate to someone else in need, I will be
able to get a kidney almost right away.
Our insurance covers the entire cost for the LIVE DONOR, and most donors are released from
the hospital within 24 hrs and are evaluated for about a week by the doctors and surgeons. He/
She will then be released to head home and can return to work. Our family will rent a
house for the donor to stay while recuperating, along with family and friends.
Your help is needed and appreciated at this time, and if you know of anyone who would be
willing to donate, please share this information with your social media platforms
GOD BLESS
Aaron Zorn
