Understanding the difference between what’s great for your gut and what isn’t is key to ensuring healthier outcomes. When it comes to our health, it should never be taken lightly. Knowing what foods will support the gut and what’s happening inside is essential to better health. In my program The Road to Gastrointestinal Healing it’s not just about improving conditions, but rather developing habits that last you well beyond the program so that you can be healthy for years to come.
