It's been brought to my attention that orders have been placed through Facebook that haven't been fulfilled. For some reason, alerts for new orders are not being sent so I was not aware of them and I'm so terribly sorry that happened.
I will be sending out *ALL* orders immediately.
Please know that I have reached out to the help center and I'm waiting on a response to fix this issue. As of now, please place all orders through my website www.fromedengifts.com. If this persists, I'll be removing the store from FaceBook/ Instagram. I want there to be different ways to place orders with us but not if it disrupts orders like this.
