🚨 BIG NEWS FROM TEAM VICTORY!! 🚨

As we continue to grow, we're excited to welcome another full-time team member to the Victory family!

Please help us welcome Roy Lazarus, our new Head of Ecommerce! 👏🚲💻

Based in Miami, Florida, Roy becomes another remote member of the Victory team, helping us expand our reach while bringing nearly 16 years of experience from one of the largest online cycling retailers in the industry. Add in years of running his own successful triathlon ecommerce business, and YA'LL... this dude knows bikes, ecommerce, and customer service. 👊

Roy has already made the trip to Memphis, met the entire team, experienced the shop culture, and soaked up the city. And fer sure, he's as fired up about Victory as we are about having him join us.

When he's not helping grow Victory online, you'll likely find him running or riding around Miami reppin' Victory gear and spreading the good word. 😎🔥
