✨ THE JOY OF UNITY ✨
Over the past few years, God has truly shown the beauty, strength, and power of unity within the Body of Christ. There is something beautiful that happens when men and women of God come together. We come together not to compete, compare, or outshine one another, but to encourage, uplift, and support one another.
The Word reminds us:
“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” Psalm 133:1
Unity is beautiful. 🤎
I had the opportunity to experience that beauty through Collaboration Over Competition. COC is an organization committed to bringing men and women together. They are committed to encouraging men, women, and children to become everything God has called them to be.
Their years of service are a testament to their passion, resilience, consistency, and commitment to strengthening communities throughout the City of Philadelphia and beyond. This is what Kingdom looks like: different gifts, different assignments, and different stories. Their desire is to see people strengthened and communities transformed.
And even now, my heart is still full. 🥹💛
I am still carrying the joy, love, fellowship, and genuine connection that filled the atmosphere. Sometimes you leave a gathering with more than pictures. You leave with a reminder of what is possible when we choose connection over comparison and collaboration over competition.
There is room for all of us.
There is purpose in all of us.
And when we come together, we don't diminish one another's light. We create an even greater testimony of what God can accomplish through a unified people. 🙌🏾
Thank you, Collaboration Over Competition, for continuing to build, serve, encourage, and create spaces where people can connect and flourish.
My heart is full, and I am already looking forward to next year! 💛
May we continue to choose unity. May we continue to celebrate one another. And may the Body of Christ be known not by competition, but by our love.
