🎒 We’re Back at Capital City Mall This Weekend! 🎒

First, I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by one of our Jubilee Day booths or visited us at the shop.

The turnout was incredible, and it was amazing seeing so many familiar faces while also meeting so many new customers. We heard countless kind words about our products, our business, and the work we’ve put into growing over the years. Your support means more than you know, and we’re truly grateful for every purchase, conversation, recommendation, and word of encouragement.

I also owe everyone an apology.

Prior to Jubilee Day, I announced that Katsu’s Dojo 3D would reopen on Jubilee Day and return to regular business hours shortly afterward. Unfortunately, I spoke a little too soon.

As many of you know, we’ve been working hard to launch Katsu Collective at Capital City Mall. While the mall store is now open, we’re still actively training new staff members and onboarding additional vendors to fill the remaining available spaces as we prepare for our upcoming Grand Opening Celebration (announcement coming soon!).

As a result, I need to continue dedicating a significant amount of time to Katsu Collective over the next few weeks.

Rather than reopening Katsu’s Dojo 3D before I can properly support it, I’ve decided to wait a little longer and make sure we can provide the experience our customers deserve.

The good news is that this is only temporary. Our goal is still to reopen the Dojo as soon as possible, likely starting with evening and weekend hours before expanding from there.

In the meantime, many of our most popular products can be found at Katsu Collective inside Capital City Mall, along with products from dozens of other talented local makers, artists, and small businesses.

Thank you again for your patience, understanding, and continued support as we work through this exciting period of growth. We’ll share updates on both the Dojo reopening and the Katsu Collective Grand Opening Celebration as soon as plans are finalized.

Just a quick update!

Katsu’s Dojo 3D will remain closed for a few more days while we focus on training staff and helping get Katsu Collective running smoothly at Capital City Mall.

The good news is that Katsu Collective is now officially open! 🎉

If you’re looking for some of our most popular 3D printed products, we’ll be set up with a booth directly outside the new Katsu Collective store for the rest of today and all day Sunday. Stop by to shop with us, then take some time to check out the new store and all of the amazing local vendors who have joined us.

Our plan is to reopen Katsu’s Dojo 3D on Jubilee Day and resume regular business hours moving forward.

Over the next couple weeks, store hours at Katsu’s Dojo 3D may be a little unpredictable while we work behind the scenes on a major new project at Capital City Mall 👀

A lot of my time right now is being split between the store and setup work for the new business, including deliveries, fixture pickups, inventory setup, construction, and all the little details that come with launching something new.

Because of that, there may be times where the store opens late, closes temporarily during the day, or remains closed fully while I run out to handle things related to the project.

If you plan on stopping by, I highly recommend calling the store first at 717-516-5161 to make sure we’re there before making the trip.

I’m also actively working on hiring and training additional help so we can get back to more consistent hours as quickly as possible.

I appreciate everyone’s patience and support while we work through this next chapter. More details coming very soon.

We’re excited to finally start sharing more about a project we’ve been working on behind the scenes.

Katsu Collective is a new curated retail space coming to Capital City Mall, bringing together local creators, artists, makers, and small businesses into one shared storefront experience.

Along with a variety of other local vendors and creators, some of our Katsu’s Dojo 3D products will also be available in the space once we open.

Vendor applications are now officially open, and we’re excited to start sharing more as everything comes together.

Katsu Collective is a new curated retail space coming to Capital City Mall in Camp Hill, bringing together local creators, artists, makers, and small businesses into one shared storefront experience.

The vision is to create a space filled with unique, locally made products while giving vendors a consistent retail presence in a high traffic environment where customers can shop seven days a week during full mall hours.

We’re being intentional with the mix of vendors, products, and overall layout as we build the space, and some categories may become limited as applications come in.
