Fletcher Sauce Company LLC Fletcher Sauce Company is a Spokane based family owned business specializing in gourmet hot sauce & BBQ sauce. Fletcher's Gourmet Hot Sauce was born!

Along with being served at many local eateries our sauces can be purchased from various specialty shops, local grocery stores and now, online. Over sixty years ago, Frank Fletcher developed his now famous BBQ Sauce. He lovingly created this homemade sauce for his family and friends. As more and more people requested it, Frank began selling his BBQ Sauce in local grocery stores. In 2010, a Spokane

family, prominent in the resturant and food service business purchased Fletchers Sauce Company, allowing Frank to retire and enjoy his family. They soon realized the need for the perfect hot sauce to compliment their breakfast menu. In 2020, Fletcher's Sauce Company was purchased by another local family, ready to carry on the tradition. Following the same recipes, we produce each small batch by hand, right here in Spokane. Along with being served at many local eateries our sauces can be purchased from various specialty shops, local grocery stores, now, online.
