I’m not positive… but I’m willing to bet most people with ADHD don’t like exercise.

Moms with ADHD especially — between the boredom, getting started, staying consistent, and having 47 other things fighting for our attention… is exercise just harder to stick with?

Remember when this was the coolest phone in the house?
No caller ID. No texting. No scrolling. Just a curly cord stretched halfway through the house while someone yelled, "Hang up! I need to use the phone!" 😂
Somehow we survived... and honestly, it was a pretty great time.
