One thing we noticed while celebrating our anniversary in Cancun is that you don’t see nearly as many antique stores in Mexico as you do in the U.S.

Many families keep and pass down heirlooms through generations, and the climate can make preserving antiques more challenging. Instead, you’ll find incredible artisan markets, handmade goods, and cultural treasures that tell Mexico’s story.

As vintage lovers, it’s always fascinating to see how different places preserve their history. ❤️

Twenty-five years ago, I married my best friend. ❤️

This week Jimmy & Ambre are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary in beautiful Cancun, taking a little time to reflect on the life they’ve built together, the adventures they’ve shared, and the countless memories they’ve made along the way.

As we celebrate this milestone, we’re incredibly grateful for our family, our friends, and all of the support we’ve received over the years. Every chapter of our journey has led us here—including the exciting adventure of building 11 Ambre Lane Vintage.

Thank you for being part of our story. Here’s to 25 years of love, laughter, friendship, and partnership—and to many more adventures ahead. 🥂☀️🌴

Our Story

11 Ambre Lane Vintage was built on friendship, family, and a shared love of vintage treasures.

The name itself tells our story. “Ambre” comes from co-owner Ambre, and “Lane” honors co-owner Lana. The number 11 was inspired by the special connection that brought our families together.

Years ago, our children, Elayna and Evan, became high school sweethearts. Through their relationship, we met and formed a friendship of our own. What began as a connection between our children grew into a partnership built on trust, shared values, and a love for finding beauty in things with a history.

Today, 11 Ambre Lane Vintage is more than just a booth. It’s a gathering place where collectors, and shoppers can discover unique pieces and give cherished gift items a new home.

We’re grateful for the friendships, family connections, and unexpected paths that led us here, and we’re excited to share this journey with our community.
