The Great Lakes Oracle began as a dream seen through a porthole —
a window to mystery, reflection, and discovery.
Later, the card design evolved into waves — movement, intuition, the living breath of water.
But the porthole still feels sacred to me — a reminder that every journey begins with the courage
to look through, and then step beyond the glass. 🌊💫

Something magical is forming beneath the surface…

A new edition of the Great Lakes Oracle is in the works — and this one is for the rockhounds.

Inspired by the stones, fossils, and minerals of the Great Lakes region. This next edition will go deeper into the earthly, grounded wisdom of what we find (and what finds us) on the shores of the Great Lakes.

Whether you’ve wandered shorelines or sifted through glacial till, this deck is for the seekers who know the magic is sometimes beneath our toes and in the sand.

This deck will be illustrated with the lovely art by Grace You .designs

I recently started working with one of my favorite decks The Crystal Forests from Everyday I would pull a card from her deck and my Great Lakes Oracle deck.
I soon realized that the energy coming from both decks together was something magical!
I used the GLO deck for the message of the day and the TCF deck as a metaphysical crystal definition for the day.

I found this beauty in a rock and fossil shop up in Houghton Michigan. It’s a Kona Dolomite. This particular dolomite is native to Marquette Michigan. Isn’t it amazing all the beautiful things the land produces in the Great Lakes region!
