It starts Thursday evening, Friday evening and all day Saturday. They have a lot planned and John really likes the Burgoo!

We know a lot of kids and adults have been wanting that so we were able to get it and we'll see how it goes over. Next time we're out we'll have some ready.

It's food truck Tuesday night in Manito! Will be parked across the street from meijer's at the old Family Dollar. Come see us and get your favorite shaved ice. It's going to be a warm one tonight. Hopefully the weather holds and it doesn't rain or storm.

In Farmington again today. At the ball fields at the school .
Our youngest granddaughter, Harper, and her mom, Amanda Dietrich , came to watch Amelia Darsham play ball today. We decided it's never to early to teach them to work in Mandie's Snow Shack ! Lol

Thank you Farmington "Summer Unplugged" summer camp, last day party! We have been coming for camp for 4 years and always enjoy the kids!

We will be back in Farmington tomorrow, Saturday , at Farmington school softball diamonds for the games starting at 8 a.m. We will be parked between the boys locker rooms and the ball diamonds.

Come and watch some JR high softball and enjoy a shaved ice!

Thank you Manito! Another good night at the food truck Tuesday night! Our new spot across the street, at the old Family Dollar, seemed to work well. So I think we'll continue to use that spot in the future. It was so nice to see so many faces out today. Hope to see you next Tuesday!

We will be parked for food truck Tuesday!
However due to Meyers still being open till 5 and the congestion that occurs with two being there we will be parked across the street at the family dollar parking lot.
Come out and cool off and get your favorite shaved ice!

Hibbett’s Fish and Burgers was amazing. Their line was long until they closed and EVERYONE wa so patient which as a vendor is so appreciated! The food they served was amazing!
