🍫 1. Classic Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1½ cups sugar
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• 1½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F and grease a cake pan.
2. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
3. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
4. Pour batter into pan.
5. Bake for 30–35 minutes.
6. Cool before serving.

Directions:

Prep the Ribeye: Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside.
Caramelize the Onions: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Add minced garlic and thyme, cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Set aside.

Perfect Ribeye Steak with Golden Garlic Butter and Crunchy Fries
Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, smashed
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 sprigs fresh thyme
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 pound (450g) russet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare the fries: Soak the potato fries in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potatoes in batches for 5-6 minutes until soft but pale. Remove and let drain.
Increase the oil temperature to 375°F (190°C). Refry the potatoes for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels, sprinkle with salt, and set aside.
Cook the steak: Season both sides of the ribeye steaks generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Heat a large skillet over high heat and add olive oil. Once the oil is shimmering, place the steaks in the pan and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and a nice crust forms.
