Tim is back in the barbershop until he has to go back for his chemotherapy in a week. He will try to work as long as he can during the day and appreciates your patience.

I wanted to take a second to say how very appreciative and humbled by all the love shown to me and my family since my diagnosis. I am back to work. I will be doing what I can at this time and try to get back to regular hours. Thank you all once again for the prayers and love gifts!

Came in for a couple days to see our daughters and grand littles in Tennessee, and Ky, to celebrate our youngest daughter’s birthday, and to get needed items for an extended stay. For those that have left stuff at the shop for us we thank you, those that came to the house, and for those that have sent cards as well. We are truly humbled and feel so blessed by the love shown to us and our family. We appreciate all that have reached out to our kids to make sure they are doing well also. My cancer turned out to be worse than anticipated and we will be headed back to Alabama so that I can have radiation. I will have 33 rounds 5 days a week. We are not sure at this time when they will start as markers need to be done as well as diagnostic testing. In October we will find out if I need to have chemo. We have had amazing dr’s and they are super skilled at what they do. I may be wrong but I feel like after the radiation things will be good. Just please continue to keep us in prayer and if you have any words of advice for radiation please private message because all suggestions are totally welcomed at this time. We are so thankful that people have reached out and we love you all.

I have a tear in my eye and lump in my throat. I really don’t know how to respond to all the prayers and support everyone has shown me and my family. I love and thank you and pray for God’s blessings for you and your families.

Tim will be in the barbershop on Monday after that he will be gone for an undisclosed amount of time. Roy will be there as usual to take care of customers. We ask that you continue to keep Tim in your prayers.

Tim wanted me to also send a huge heartfelt thank you to everyone that has been praying for him.

Tim will not be at the barbershop on Friday or Saturday. Roy will be at the barbershop on Friday from 8:30- 11:30 only. The barbershop will be closed on Saturday, July 27th. Thank you for your understanding.

Many of you have noticed that Tim has been in and out of the barber shop lately. He has been going to specialist for a rare form of cancer called Sarcoma. We ask for your patience at this time as he is meeting with specialist to come up with a plan for his treatment. He will, however, be in the barbershop until they have decided a course of action.
