Giveaway limited to those that live in or near Dane County, WI (we want you to be able to go to the shops to use your gift certificates in person!)
Eleven winners will be selected and will get a gift certificate for themselves & one for the person tagged in their comment.
Giveaway will run until 11:59 PM CST on Sunday, February 13th. Winner will randomly be selected and announced on Monday, February 14th.
